Incoterms, freight responsibility, risk transfer, insurance, export documentation, import clearance, destination charges, duties, VAT/GST, and other taxes are order-specific and must be confirmed in the quotation, proforma invoice, sales confirmation, purchase order acceptance, or other written order document.

贸易术语、运费责任、风险转移、保险、出口文件、进口清关、目的地费用、关税、VAT/GST 和其他税费均按订单确定，并应在报价单、形式发票、销售确认、采购订单接受或其他书面订单文件中确认。

Woodnest does not provide a default duties-paid or tax-included commitment for all B2B orders. DDP or any similar duties-paid arrangement applies only when it is expressly stated in the quotation or order document.

Woodnest 不对所有 B2B 订单作出默认包税或含税承诺。仅当报价或订单文件明确写明 DDP 或类似包税安排时，该安排才适用。

Orders may use EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP, DDP, or other agreed trade terms. The named place, port, delivery point, version of Incoterms, freight inclusions, and excluded charges should be stated in the order document to avoid misunderstanding.

订单可使用 EXW、FOB、CIF、DAP、DDP 或其他约定贸易术语。指定地点、港口、交付点、Incoterms 版本、运费包含项和排除费用应写入订单文件，以避免误解。

Unless the order document expressly states DDP or another seller-paid import arrangement, the buyer is responsible for import clearance, import permits, customs classification, duties, VAT/GST, destination charges, local taxes, and compliance with local import and resale requirements.

除非订单文件明确写明 DDP 或其他由卖方承担进口费用的安排，买方负责进口清关、进口许可、海关归类、关税、VAT/GST、目的地费用、当地税费以及遵守当地进口和转售要求。

Woodnest will provide standard commercial documents reasonably required for the agreed trade term, such as commercial invoice, packing list, and shipping information. Certificates, test reports, special labels, origin documents, legalized documents, or destination-specific paperwork must be requested and confirmed before order acceptance.

Production lead time, sample lead time, inspection time, booking time, shipment date, and estimated arrival time are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Lead time may change due to material supply, customization approval, payment timing, quality inspection, logistics capacity, customs review, holidays, weather, or force majeure events.

生产周期、样品周期、验货时间、订舱时间、发运日期和预计到达时间均为预计，除非书面明确保证。周期可能因材料供应、定制确认、付款时间、质检、物流舱位、海关审核、节假日、天气或不可抗力而变化。

Depending on order size, destination, urgency, and trade term, Woodnest may coordinate express, air freight, sea freight, rail, truck, postal, freight forwarder, or buyer-appointed forwarder shipments. The final method and carrier are subject to order confirmation.

根据订单规模、目的地、紧急程度和贸易术语，Woodnest 可协调快递、空运、海运、铁路、卡车、邮政、货代或买方指定货代运输。最终运输方式和承运商以订单确认为准。

The buyer may request pre-shipment inspection, third-party inspection, photo inspection, video inspection, or sample approval before shipment. Any inspection requirement, standard, cost, and timing must be confirmed before production or before shipment booking.

买方可在发货前要求出货前验货、第三方验货、照片验货、视频验货或样品确认。任何验货要求、标准、费用和时间安排必须在生产前或订舱前确认。

Standard packaging is selected according to product type and normal export handling. Special packaging, drop-test requirements, retail packaging, barcode labels, carton marks, palletization, fumigation-related requirements, or Amazon/retailer-specific requirements must be confirmed in writing before order acceptance.

标准包装会根据产品类型和常规出口处理选择。特殊包装、跌落测试要求、零售包装、条码标签、箱唛打托、熏蒸相关要求或 Amazon/零售商特定要求，必须在订单接受前书面确认。

If shipment is delayed because the buyer fails to pay, approve documents, provide shipping instructions, appoint a forwarder, complete import arrangements, or take delivery, Woodnest may charge or deduct reasonable storage, handling, demurrage, rebooking, return, disposal, or other costs incurred.

如因买方未付款、未确认文件、未提供发运指示、未指定货代、未完成进口安排或未提货导致发运延迟，Woodnest 可收取或扣除合理发生的仓储、操作、滞期、重新订舱、退回、弃置或其他费用。

Risk transfer and title transfer should be stated in the quotation or order document. If not stated, risk transfer will generally follow the agreed trade term and applicable law, while title may remain with Woodnest until full payment is received where permitted by law.

风险转移和所有权转移应在报价或订单文件中说明。如未说明，风险转移通常按约定贸易术语和适用法律处理；在法律允许范围内，所有权可在 Woodnest 收到全额付款前保留。
